Save time and keep focus letting the patient do the check in.
Most patients are happy to do own arrival check in. At the arrival terminal, the patient can either enter personal id number or use a card for digital reading of the personal id number. It is shown with pictures how to do on screen. Immediately after entering the id number, a welcome receipt will be presented letting the patient know how to find the waiting area and what to do.
The registration on the arrival terminal will be transferred to MyClinic and the patient will be present in the queue in MyClinic. The doctor will know the patient has arrived and may, for example, start the consultation directly from the que.
When the arrival terminal is not in use, it can be elegantly integrated into the waiting room’s decoration with pictures of own choice in the screensaver.
The arrival terminal may either be purchased for the purpose (we can indicate where) or a simple card reader with a touch-sensitive display directly placed on the wall may be used.
